10.1.2 “pen up” block
This block is used to stop the marking of the pen on the stage with the movement
of mouse pointer or sprite
10.1.3 “set pen color to…” block
This block is used to set the color of pen with a specific color.
10.1.4 “change pen… by...” block
This block has a drop-down menu and has the following options: -
10.1.4.1 “color”
This block is used to change the color of the pen by some specific value.
10.1.4.2 “saturation”
This block is used to change the saturation of the pen by some specific value.
10.1.4.3 “brightness”
This block is used to change the brightness of the pen by some specific value.
10.1.4.4 “transparency”
This block is used to change the transparency of the pen by some specific value.
10.1.5 “set pen…to…” block
This block is used to set any one of the color, saturation, brightness or transparency
of pen marks on the stage.
10.1.6 “change pen size by…” block
This block is used to change the size of the pen by some value.
10.1.7 “set pen size to…” block
This block is used to set the size of the pen with a specific value.
10.1.8 “erase all” block
This block is used to erase all the pen marks from the stage.
Now, we will understand the project using “pen” extension. See Project 1.
Project 1
Add five sprites in your project in the form of a dot which performs following
tasks:-
1. First sprite will draw a shape of “Rhombus”.
2. Second sprite will draw a shape of “Rectangle”
3. Third sprite will draw a shape of “Hexagon”.
4. Fourth sprite will draw a shape of “Triangle”.
5. Fifth sprite will draw a shape of “Circle”.
