Aryan: How does it look, when it will open?

Gowri: When you open it, the following screen will come. This is a Scratch window Fig. 6.1.

6.3 WHAT IS SPRITE AND HOW TO ADD IT?

Aryan: Oh, this cat looks wonderful!!

Gowri: Yes, it is called a sprite. We can add more sprites too. Let me show you. (Fig. 6.2)

Aryan: How can we add these two sprites in Scratch?

Gowri: “Choose a sprite” icon is used to add more sprites in Scratch. A window will appear

(as shown in Fig. 6.3). You can see 10 tabs having so many sprites, which are available in this
window. You can add any number of sprites in your project.
