Aryan: Please tell me can I choose a sprite built-in and then customize it also by drawing.
Gowri: Yes dear, sure! You can also do it, but only you can only create new costumes and not
new sprites from these sprites.
9.4 DRAW NEW COSTUMES OF SPRITE
Let’s learn it now.
Step 1: In Fig. 9.5 there is an icon marked “Choose a
costume” icon. This icon has options as shown in
Fig. 9.9, when we hover the pointer on it.
Step 2: Either choose (Lens option means search option) or
click on this icon (choose a costume icon).
Step 3: A window appears known as a sprite window. All
tabs and sprites will appear here, choose a sprite Fig. 9.9
of your own choice, that sprite will appear in the draw window and then
make changes if you want to do so. By this method you can make any
number of new costumes of already present sprites and with this option
you can also create new costumes of newly drawn sprites also.
Step 4: For creating new costumes right click on particular costume and click on
duplicate option from pulldown menu and then redesign new costume. See
figures 9.10,9.11 and 9.12 of Jellyfish with original costume and in newly
created costumes of jellyfish.
