6.8.2 Opening an existing spreadsheet

The teacher then explained the students about the steps to open an existing
spreadsheet. The steps to open an existing spreadsheet are:
1. Go to File Menu.

2. Select the Open from the Submenu (File -> Open).

The shortcut to open an existing spreadsheet is Ctrl+O.
It can also be done by clicking button on the Standard Toolbar.

6.8.3 Saving a spreadsheet
Aryan wanted to save the spreadsheet created by him. He asked the teacher about
how to save the spreadsheet. The teacher then told the steps to save a spreadsheet.

They are as follows:

1. Go to File Menu.
2. Select the Save from the Submenu (File -> Save).

The shortcut to save a spreadsheet is Ctrl+S.

It can also be done by clicking button on the Standard Toolbar.
