2.     Select the Cut from the Submenu (Edit -> Cut).
                           The shortcut to cut in a spreadsheet

                         is Ctrl+X.
                  After cutting, the data is to be pasted.

                  3.       Select the Paste from the Submenu
                         (Edit -> Paste).

                  The shortcut to Paste in a spreadsheet is
                  Ctrl+V.

                           It can also be done by clicking the button on the Standard Toolbar.

                  6.9.4 Copy and Paste

                  Gowri had made a list in LibreOffice Calc. She tried to copy and paste the list from
                  her experience in Writer and Impress. The steps she followed are:

                  1.     Go to Edit Menu.
                  2.     Select the Copy from the Submenu (Edit-> Copy).

                  The shortcut to cut in a spreadsheet is Ctrl+C.

                  After copying, the data is to be pasted.
                  3.     Select the Paste from the Submenu (Edit-> Paste).

                  The shortcut to Paste in a spreadsheet is Ctrl+V.

                  6.9.5 Find

                  Gowri wanted to see her name in the list made by her. So she started reading each
                  and every name from the beginning of sheet. She asked teacher what if the list

                  is long for example for 50 students, is there a shorter way to search name. The
                  teacher told to search her name by using Find option in the sheet.
