The steps Gowri followed to see her marks are given
below:

1. Go to Edit Menu.
2. Select the Find from the Submenu (Edit-> Find).

The shortcut to find in a spreadsheet is Ctrl+F

Enter the value you need to search in the
textbox.

6.9.6 Find and Replace

Gowri realized that, Aryan has written wrong spelling of her name in sheet. She told
him to find her name and replace it with correct spelling. The steps are as follows:

1. Go to Edit Menu.

2. Select the Find & Replace from the Submenu (Edit -> Find & Replace).
The shortcut to find & replace in a spreadsheet is Ctrl+H.

It can also be done by clicking the button on the Standard Toolbar.

Write the word that needs
to be searched in Find
and new value (with which
you want to change it) in
Replace box.
