7.2 FILE EXPLORER
Aryan: I also have one more question. Our teacher one day told us to open a file
explorer and arrange our files. What is a file explorer?

Gowri: It is the file management application used to browse folders and files. It
provides a graphical interface for the user to navigate and access the files stored
in the computer.
Before Windows 7 it was known as Window Explorer.

7.3 DIFFERENT WAYS TO OPEN FILE EXPLORER

Aryan: How can I open File Explorer?

Gowri: I will tell you 2 methods to open it

Method 1:
To open File Explorer, click on the File Explorer icon located in the taskbar.

Method 2:

Click on the start button on the left
corner and then click file explorer,
then the file explorer window will open

as shown in picture. (Fig. 7.4).
There can be many other methods

to open File Explorer. You try to
find other Methods. There is also a
shortcut key to open it. Fig 7.4
