2.2.2 Chart

Gowri: Do you know that we can represent data of table in graphical form as in
charts or graphs?

Aryan: Yes, through graphs, we can understand the meaning
behind numbers and easily observe trends and comparisons.
Charts make it easier to understand data as they communicate
information effectively.

Gowri: Open the Insert menu and select the Chart option.
Select the type of chart from the Chart Wizard dialog box as
shown in Fig. 2.6. Various 3D looks and shapes can be chosen.
The final step is to click the Finish button.
