2.2.3 Shape

                                    Aryan: Tell me one thing, can we enter shapes (arrows, callouts, square, etc.)
                                     like we did in Writer and Impress.

                                    Gowri: Yes, there is a Shapes submenu in the Insert menu. As
                                     shown in the figure below (Fig. 2.7), you can see that various
                                     shapes can be inserted.

                 The  shapes  can be Lines, Basic Shapes,  Block Arrows,  Symbols,  Stars, Banners,
                 Callouts and Flowcharts, etc.

                 2.2.4 Function

                                    Gowri: There are various functions available
                                    to perform computation. For example Sum
                                    function.  Go to the Insert  Menu. Select
                                    the Function option. Function Wizard dialog
                                    box will appear.


                     In  the  figure  given  (Fig.  2.8),  you  can  see  that  various
                     functions  can  be inserted. The  functions  are displayed
                     category wise. Alternatively, the function can be searched
                     by name.
