Take a new file. Then make 5 different looking slides using different master pages.
After saving it now add one more slide and observe what options are you getting in
Recently used.

Audio inserted into the slide will
be represented by this icon. The
audio will play automatically
when the slideshow begins.

Video inserted into the slide will
be shown with this icon. A bar
below the video will appear to
control playback (play/stop).

Observe the difference between playing an Audio and a video in your slide. Can you
control playing of Audio as of Video?

2.3 GROUPING/UNGROUPING OBJECTS
Aryan and Gowri are not comfortable to work with more than one shapes. They need
something which help them to treat all shapes together as a single one. Impress provides

the option to group multiple objects into one using the “Group” function.
