Grouping: This feature lets you treat multiple objects as one so you can move, resize, or
rotate them all at the same time. To group objects, follow these steps:
Select all the shapes or objects you want to group. To select all the shapes at once

follow any of following methods:
• press Ctrl+A
• on standard toolbar click edit -> select all
• select any of the shape. Hold shift key on keyboard and continue to click on
another shapes. All shapes get selected on each click.
Click format -> Group -> Group, or press Ctrl+Shift+G

All shapes are now grouped together. Now you can apply select, move, resize, rotate

over all shapes.
When you click on the Group
option, all shapes are grouped
together as a single object.
Group option gets
deactivated and
Ungroup option gets
activated when you
grouped objects.
All three objects are now
a single object

All effects are applied to all shapes simultaneously.
To ungroup shapes, click format → Group → Ungroup or press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+G. All shapes
are separated from each other.
