3.1.3 Columns
                  This option can be used to change the width of columns. Follow the given steps to change

                  the width of a column:
                        1.  Select the Column.

                       2.  Right-click on the selected column and click on the Column Width option.
                            or

                       3.  Click on the Format à Columns
                       4.  In the figure given below, you can see the various formatting options for column
                            are available.

                       5.  The width of column can be changed.

                       6.  The columns can be hidden or displayed.

                  3.1.4 Merge Cells

                      Aryan was writing heading for his table. He wanted the heading to cover more than one cell.
                      Gowri: If you want any data to cover more than one cell, we use Merge Cells option.
                  Follow the given steps to merge cells:

                        1.  Firstly, select the cells you want to merge.
                       2.  Right-click on the selected cells and click on the Merge Cells
                            option.

                            or

                       3.  Click on the Format à Merge Cells.
                       4.  In the figure given below, you can see that cells can be merged.

                       5.  Another method is to select the Merge Cells button on the formatting toolbar.
