3.2.6 Delete Columns
Follow the given steps to delete columns:
1. Select the columns you want to delete.
2. Right-click on the selected column and click on the Delete Columns option.
or
3. Click on the Sheet à Delete Columns.
4. In the figure given below, you can see that columns can be deleted in a spreadsheet.

3.2.7 Insert Sheet
You can also add a new sheet in Calc. Follow the given steps to insert sheet:
1. Click on the Sheet à Insert Sheet.
2. In the fig. 3.11, you can see that a sheet can be inserted.
3. As shown in fig 3.12, a dialog box to insert sheet appears.
4. Here sheet can be inserted before or after current sheet.
5. In this dialog box, you can specify the number of sheets you want to insert as well
as the name of the sheet.
6. The alternate way is to right click on the sheet tab in the bottom of the spreadsheet
and click on Insert Sheet option. The same dialog box appears.
