5.1 USE OF TEMPLATES

Do you remember
templates? Yes, we used them in Impress.
They are built-in formats

You are right, but in writer we do it
differently. Let me explain.

A template is a file that contains pre-defined document formats. These serve as a starting
point to work in the workspace. We can use these formats either as it is or can update as
per our need.
