6.2 ONLINE COLLABORATION
Internet usage is increasing day by day and has become the main source of communication
around the world. With ever-increasing growth rates, technology is continuously advancing
to support the structure of the Internet.
Online collaboration can be defined as a technology that uses collaboration software, such
as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, etc., to allow multiple people to work
together to achieve the same goal. The members of the collaborating group can use the
software to coordinate, communicate, cooperate, share, negotiate, and even compete with
each other to solve problems.
