Step 4:     Click on the image->Duplicate and create duplicate of your layer.

























                 Step 5:       Select the foreground colour. Click on Layer Menu -> click ‘New Layer’ and  fill
                             with foreground colour.

























                 Step 6:     In the Layers Palette, click on the top Mode: drop down and select Overlay.
