                 APPLYING PROBLEM-SOLVING TECHNIQUES

Problem-solving is a skill that involves breaking down tasks and finding ways to complete them
efficiently. By applying various techniques, you can make the process smoother and more effective.

            Deconstructing a Problem into Sub-Problems

When a problem seems too big or complicated, it can be helpful to deconstruct the problem into
smaller sub-problems. This makes the problem easier to solve step by step.
            Example: Making Fries

Main Problem: You want to make fries.

                Sub-Problems:

Peel and cut the potatoes. (Task: Prepare the potatoes for cooking.)
Heat the oil in the pan. (Task: Get the oil hot enough for frying.)

Fry the potatoes until they turn golden brown. (Task: Cook the potatoes properly.)

Drain the fries and serve them. (Task: Make sure the fries are crispy and ready to eat.)

                                                                                              #Problem-Solving 71
