                 Adding Header and Footer

                 A header is the top section of a page in a Word document where you can add information that appears
                 on every page, such as the document title, author’s name, or company logo.

                 A footer is the bottom section of a page in a Word document where you can add repeated information
                 like page numbers, date, or file name.
                 The steps to add header and footer are as follows:

                                          Click  on  the  Insert   1      Click on Header or Footer in   2
                                          tab on the Ribbon.              the Header & Footer group.
