To check a document, for spelling and grammar mistakes, follow the given steps:

Click on Review tab.

2 Select Spelling &
Grammar tool.

After selecting Spelling and Grammar tool, Proofing task pane opens in the right side.

Double-click the
word with the
correct spelling. 3

You can add the incorrect word to
the dictionary by clicking on Add to
Dictionary option.

You can also correct the spelling/grammar by
right-clicking on the incorrect word/words and then
choose on the desired option.

4 Click on OK button.
