Formatting a Shape

                 Word 2019 allows us to change the look & feel of a shape by filling colours and inserting text.

                 Inserting Text in a Shape

                 To insert text in a shape, follow the given steps:


                                                                                       Type the text and then click
                                                                                       anywhere on the screen
                         Select Add Text                                               outside the shape.           3

                 Changing Colour/Outline Colour of a Shape

                 To change the colour/outline colour of a shape, follow the given steps:

                                                                 Click on the  Shape Fill or     3
                                                                 Shape Outline command.

                           Choose the colour.

                      INSERTING A TABLE


                 Table is an arrangement of data in vertical columns and horizontal rows. The intersection of a row and
                 a column is called a cell.

                 Columns are the vertical sections of the table whereas Rows are the horizontal sections of the table.
                 Cells are the individual squares in which you place text, images or graphics.
