Microsoft automatically adds .docx after the file name once we save our Word document. This addition
is known as a file extension which denotes the file type.
OPENING AN EXISTING DOCUMENT
To open a saved document, follow the steps given below: Hintbot
Click on the 1
File tab. To open a document:
Ctrl+O
3 Select This PC option or a location
where you have saved your document.
Find the file 4

PRINTING A DOCUMENT
If you want to take printouts of the work you have done, the steps
