WORKING WITH PICTURES

Adding colourful and attractive pictures to our presentation makes it more interesting.

In PowerPoint 2019, you can insert a picture in two ways: This Device and Online pictures.

Inserting Picture from This Device

PowerPoint lets you insert saved pictures that you may have created or downloaded or scanned. To
insert a saved picture, follow these steps:

Click on the Insert tab.
Click on the Pictures command
2 in the Images group. The Insert
Picture dialog box appears.

Select the desired
image file 3

Click on the Insert
button to add it to 4
your slide.

The selected picture gets inserted into the slide.

Inserting Online Picture

To insert Online pictures in your document, follow these steps:

Place the cursor where you
want to insert the picture. Click 1
on the Insert tab.

Click on the Insert Pictures
2 option. An Online Pictures
dialog box appears.
