or .midi), MP3 (.mp3), Advanced Audio Coding - MPEG-4 Audio (.m4a or .mp4), Windows Audio (.wav)
and Windows Media Audio (.wma).
Inserting a Video File
PowerPoint 2019 allows you to insert a video in two ways: Online Video and Video on My PC.
Online Video
It allows you to select and insert a video file from the Internet such as YouTube videos. The video will
not be inserted into the slide directly; only the URL of the web page for the video and a thumbnail will
be inserted. But to play the video, you must be connected to the Internet.
To insert an online video file, follow the given steps:

Click on the Insert tab. Click on Video command.
Click on Online 3

Video on My PC
To insert video from your PC, follow the given steps:
