You can view your presentation in different views:
Normal View: It is a default view where you can create and edit slides.
Outline View: It allows you to view the outline structure of the presentation and as well as you can
edit slides.
Slide Sorter View: It allows you to view all slides of a presentation
as a thumbnails on a single screen. Slide Sorter View makes it
easy for you to add, delete, or reorder your slides.
Reading View: It allows you to view a presentation not in full screen but on a window with simple
controls that make the presentation easy to review. The ribbon and the slides/outline pane are not
visible in this view.
DELIVERING A PRESENTATION
Presentation is one of the most commonly used methods to address a large number of audience. While
preparing and delivering a presentation you must keep some points in mind.

A word processor is a computer software application used to create, edit, format, and print text
documents.
The Document area displays a small line, called cursor.
Copying the text means the selected text will remain at its original position as well as at the place
where it is pasted.
Cutting the text means the selected text will disappear from its original position and will appear at the
place where it is pasted.
A bullet is a small symbol used to mark each item in a list.
Thesaurus is a collection of words with their synonyms.
Table is an arrangement of data in vertical columns and horizontal rows.
Alignment refers to where and how the text lines up.
PowerPoint allows you to add videos from Internet as well as videos stored on your computer.
Animations are special visual effects that you add to text and different objects on a slide.
Hyperlinks allow you to link slides within the same presentation or connect to external resources
such as websites or files.
Slide Show view is the full-screen view of your presentation.
Slide Sorter View makes it easy for you to add, delete, or reorder your slides.
