                   UNDERSTANDING PAYMENT AND TRANSACTIONS

A payment is just the moment the money moves from you to the seller. For example, you open your
JazzCash app and scan a cafe’s QR code to pay Rs 230 for a Tea and a sandwich. The Rs 230 instantly
leaves your mobile wallet and lands in the cafe's account. That single transfer is the payment.

A transaction is the full record of the deal: money, item or service, date, any tax, and fees.
For example, right after you pay, the cafe’s POS system sends a digital receipt to your phone showing:

Items: Tea Rs 50, Sandwich Rs 150

Sindh sales tax: 15% of 200

                  Total paid: Rs 230

                  Time & date: 10:42 a.m., 25 May 2025

                  Payment method: JazzCash QR
That receipt (or the entry in your JazzCash history) is the transaction record. It proves what you bought,
how much you paid, and when.

              Difference Between Payment and Transactions
