In which image was it easier to find the numbers?
Image 'a' is messy, as data is not entered properly, whereas in image 'b' data is in a proper format
and easier to search. This is called a table and in Excel 2019 you can enter data like this easily.
In our daily lives and at work, we often need to do different types of calculations. We use various
methods based on the kind of calculations we need to perform. Mathematical or statistical analysis,
long calculations, comparisons between different data sets, graphical representation of data, etc., are
the tasks that produce useful information and provide proper data to help decision-making. Such tasks,
if done manually, prove to be tedious and time-consuming.
