MICROSOFT EXCEL


              Microsoft Excel is the most versatile and widely used of all the Office applications. Excel is also known
              as an electronic spreadsheet.

              Features of Excel

              Excel has several features some of them are given below:
                   Excel has built-in formulas and functions to do calculations. You can also add formulas to your table
                 and get quicker solutions.

                   The data can be formatted in many ways to change the look of the spreadsheet.

                   When we make a change at one place in a worksheet, the entire spreadsheet is automatically
                 recalculated as per the formulas entered.
                   It is very easy to search and replace figures in a spreadsheet with just one command.

                   Autofill feature is used to fill down series of numbers, dates and other data, create and use custom
                 lists.

                   You can easily format the data in charts and graphs               Factbot
                 with the click of a mouse.                                   The first electronic spreadsheet, VisiCalc,
                                                                              was developed in 1979.

              The steps to start Excel are:

                             click on it.

              Click on Blank workbook. A blank Excel worksheet opens.
              A worksheet is a single page with rows and columns where you can type and store data, and perform
              various operations on the data.
