FORMAT THE TEXT IN A SLIDE

We can also format our text after entering it into our slide. To format the text, we can use
various options like Font Name, Font Size, and Font Color present in the formatting toolbar.

Font Size: Changes the font size.

Font Name: Changes the font type. Font Color: Changes the font colour.

DELETING A SLIDE
To delete a slide, follow the given steps:

2 Click on the Delete
Slide option.

1 Right-click on the slide
you want to delete from
the Slide Pane.

VIEWING A PRESENTATION

After creating the presentation, we view it on full screen to display it to a group of people.
To view a slide show, follow the given steps:

2 Select the Start from First Slide option. 1 Click on the Slide Show menu.

Short key To run a slide show:

F5

You can also view a presentation by clicking on the Slide Show View button on the
Standard toolbar.
