Text Placeholder: We can add text by clicking on it.

Content Placeholder: It comes with a default bullet solid black dot, which allows us to
write the bulleted text.

It also has four icons clicking on which the specific action is performed.

Insert Table icon: Clicking on it opens a table dialog box. By selecting
the number of rows and columns, you can insert the table into the
placeholder.

Insert Image icon: Clicking on it opens an Insert Image box. Selecting an image would

enable the image to be inserted into the placeholder.
Insert Chart icon: Clicking on it opens a Chart wizard to choose a chart.

Insert Audio or Video icon: Clicking on it opens Insert audio or video dialog box to
choose a audio or video file.

CHANGING THE SLIDE LAYOUT

To change the slide layout, follow these steps:

2 Click on the Slide menu.

3 Click on the Layout option
from the drop-down menu.

4 Choose the
desired layout.

1 Select the slide to
change the layout.

The text in the slide will automatically adjust itself to the new layout.
