VIEWS IN IMPRESS

The workspace of the LibreOffice Impress application can be viewed in different modes,

i.e., Normal, Outline, Notes, Slide Sorter, Master Slide, Master Notes and Master Handouts.
The different viewing modes are available in the View menu. The first four modes visible
under the View menu namely Normal, Outline, Notes and Slide Sorter are said to be edit

modes, whereas the next three namely Master Slide, Master Notes and Master Handout
are termed master modes. To change the view of the presentation, follow the given steps:

1 Click on View menu.

2 Click on desired option from
the drop-down menu.

NORMAL VIEW
The default view in Impress is the Normal View.

The primary view used to create individual slides in a presentation is called the normal
view. It enables a user to make presentations per his/ her need. This view allows you to

create and add slides, format any text or graphics, apply animation effects to any text or
images and apply transition effect to slides.
