To insert a video file, follow the given steps:
1 Click on the Insert menu.
2 Select the Audio
or Video option.
The Insert Audio or Video dialog box appears.
3 Navigate the folder to find video file.
4 Select the
video file.
5 Click on the Open button.
ANIMATION
Animation is a visual effect that gives us the ability to move objects like text, pictures,
charts, etc. in any direction in the slideshow. Animations can easily develop the interest of
the audience.
