On Mouse Click: If you choose this option, the next slide appears only when the user
clicks the mouse or presses a key on the keyboard.
After: This option is used to set the time to move to the next slide automatically after the
given number of seconds.
HYPERLINKS
Hyperlinks make it easy to direct your audience to additional resources or related
information, enhancing interactivity and engagement.
To insert hyperlink, follow the given steps:
2 Click on the Insert menu. 1 Select the text.
3 Select the Hyperlink
option. Hyperlink dialog
box opens.
There are four types of hyperlinks that can be inserted from the left pane, depending on
your needs. The options in the right pane change according to the hyperlink type selected.
The types of hyperlinks you can insert are as follows:
Internet: This option is used to link to an external website.
Mail & News: This option allows you to link to an email address, which will open the
default email application with a pre-filled message.
Document: This option is used to link to another slide within the same presentation or to
a specific location in your presentation.
New Document: This option is used to create a hyperlink that links to a new document
that will be created when the link is clicked.
