SAVING A SPREADSHEET

                  If a spreadsheet is saved for the first time, it must be assigned with a new file name. To
                  save a spreadsheet, follow the given steps:



                                  1  Click on the
                                 File menu.








                                                                                           To save a
                                                                                           spreadsheet:
                           2  Click on Save or                                        Short key
                          Save As option from                                                Ctrl   +    S
                          the drop-down menu.












                        3  Select the location
                       where you want to
                       save the file.



                           4  Type the name
                          for your file in the
                          File name field.                                                          5  Click on the
                                                                                                   Save button.





                  It will be saved with the given name. You can also save the sheet by clicking on Save icon
                  from the Standard toolbar. The extension of a file in LibreOffice Calc is .ods.
