To create a presentation on Canva:
Step 1 Click on the Create a design
button on the Canva home page

after logging in. A drop-down list of
various options will appear on the
screen.

Step 2 Click on the Presentation (16:9)
option from the list. A new
presentation will be created with
a list of various presentation
template options in the left panel.

Step 3 Click and select a presentation
template. The template will get
applied to the new presentation.

Step 4 Add relevant text, audio, video and images on the slides in the presentation.

Step 5 You can add a new blank slide by clicking on the + at the bottom of your screen. To add
a new slide with the same design, click on the three dots and then on “Duplicate Page.”

Step 6 To download your presentation, click on the “Share” button at the top right of your
screen. Then click the “Download” link, then the “Download” button.

SHARING THE FILE

Canva gives the users an option to share their design with others. The designs can be shared on:
Social Media: Share on your social media pages.
Link: Share the link to your design.

Embed: Build-in to your webpage.
