PowerPoint is a visual and graphical application software, primarily used to create
presentations. We have learnt to create, view and present slide shows, and we’ve also
learnt about adding themes and templates. It also supports multimedia in the slides.

Let us learn some more interesting features of PowerPoint.

INSERTING AUDIO AND VIDEO FILES

PowerPoint 2016 provides the facility to insert audio and video files to the slides that can
be played while presenting.

To insert an audio file, follow the given steps:

1 Click on the 2 Click on the Audio
Insert tab. option in the Media group.

3 Select the Audio
on My PC option.

4 Navigate the folder
to find audio file.

5 Select the
audio file.

6 Click on the Insert button.
