The audio file is added to the slide with two
additional tabs: Format and Playback. The
Playback tab has the Audio Options group which
has the options to control the play of the audio.
To insert video files, follow the given steps:
1 Click on the Insert tab.
2 Click on the
Video option in
the Media group.
3 Select Video on
My PC option.
4 Navigate the folder
to find a video file.
5 Select the
video file.
6 Click on the Insert button.
Subject: Insert online video
To insert an online video, click on the Insert tab click on the Video option select
the Online Video option. Insert video dailog box appears, choose the desired video
file and click on the Insert button.
