INSERTING SMARTART
PowerPoint provides built-in graphical layouts called SmartArt graphics. A SmartArt
graphic lets us present data or information in the form of flowcharts, and diagrams. These
graphics are an impressive way to convey information easily and effectively.
2 Click on the SmartArt command
in the Illustrations group.
1 Click on the
Insert tab. 4 Select the desired
chart. Here we choose
Organisation Chart.
3 Select the desired category 5 Click on
from the left pane. OK button.
6 Add the necessary details and close the
text pane to complete the SmartArt insertion. SmartArt Infographics
The PowerPoint SmartArt formatting features have been grouped under two tabs, Design
and Format, under the SmartArt tools.
