ADDING SOUND
In ScratchJr, you can make your projects more fun by adding sounds. Sounds
help your characters talk, sing or make exciting noises. You can choose sounds
from the library or even record your own.
To add sound to your project, follow the given steps:
1 Open the project.
2 Select a Character
to which you want to
add sound.
3 Select the TRIGGERING
BLOCKS category.
4 Drag the START ON GREEN
FLAG block and drop it on to
the programming area.
5 Select the SOUND
BLOCKS category.
6 Click on the PLAY
RECORDED SOUND button
In the SOUND BLOCKS, you will see that only one sound 'pop' is present in the
Blocks Palette.
