DESKTOP

Desktop is the main screen that appears on the monitor after the Windows 11
operating system is loaded. Icons, Taskbar and Desktop Background are the main
components of Desktop.

ICONS

The small pictures you see on the desktop are known as icons. Each icon represents
a different program. If you want to open or access an icon, double-click on it. Some
of the common icons on the desktop are: This PC, Recycle Bin, Folder, Network, etc.

SORTING ICONS

Sorting the icons means arranging the icons. To sort desktop icons, follow the given
steps:

1 Right-click
on the desktop. 3 Select an option
(for example: Name).
2 Select Sort
by option.
