COPYING TEXT

Copying text means the selected text will remain at its original place as well as the
place where it is to be pasted. To copy the text, follow the given steps:

2 Click on Home tab.

3 Click on Copy
command.
To Copy:
Short key Ctrl + C

1 Select To Paste:
the text.
Ctrl + V

5 Click on Paste
command.

4 Go to the required
place where you
want to paste.

MOVING TEXT

Moving text means the selected text will disappear from its original place and will
appear at the place where it is pasted. To move the text, follow the given steps:

2 Click on Home tab.

3 Click on Cut
command. To Cut:
Short key +

1 Select Ctrl X
the text.
