INSERTING WORDART

Word 2021 provides an option to change the appearance of the text through the

WordArt feature. You can create shadowed, skewed and stretched text that has
been fitted to shapes. WordArt allows you to create text effects that are not available

through font formatting. To apply WordArt to our document, follow the given steps:

1 Click on the Insert tab. 2 Click the WordArt option.

3 Select the
WordArt style. 4 Type your text in the
text box to apply WordArt
effect.

WORKING WITH SHAPES

Word 2021 allows us to add a variety of shapes, banners, clouds, callouts, etc. to
enrich the look of our document. To insert shapes into the document, follow the
given steps:

2 Click on the drop-down list of the Shapes option.

1 Click on the
Insert tab.

4 Click and drag
3 Click on the the pointer in the
shape that you document area to add
