VIEWING A PRESENTATION

After creating the presentation, we view it on full screen to display it to a group of people.

To view a slide show, follow the given steps:

2 Click on From Beginning from the Start Slide Show group.

1 Click on Slide
Show tab.

Short key To run a slide show:

F5

You can also view a presentation by clicking on the Slide Show view button on the
Status bar.

SAVING A PRESENTATION To save a
presentation:
After completing a presentation, we can save it for later Short key
use. To save a presentation, follow the given steps: Ctrl + S

2 Click on the Save or Save As option.

1 Click on
the File tab.

3 Click on
Browse button.

4 Select a location
to save a file.
5 In the File name box, type 6 Click on the
the name of the presentation. Save button.
