To change the view of the presentation, follow the given steps:

2 Click on desired option in
the Presentation Views group. 1 Click on View tab.

NORMAL VIEW
The default view in PowerPoint is the Normal view.

Following are a few features of Normal View:

We can easily move between slides.

We can rearrange, add and delete slides.
We can add notes to a slide by clicking on the Notes button. These notes are not

visible while running the slide show but are used by the person who is giving the
presentation. The presenter can take a print of the notes while giving the presentation.

SLIDE SORTER VIEW

Slide Sorter view shows the miniature version of all slides. Here, we can easily change
the order of the slides. We can see the thumbnails of all the slides with the help of the
Slide Sorter View.

Following are a few features of the Slide Sorter View:
We get an overall view of all the slides in our presentation.
