Ribbon: It is located just below the Title bar and it contains different options or
commands grouped as tabs such as File, Home, Share and View tab.

Address Bar: It displays the location of the hard drive that is currently being viewed
within File Explorer.

Navigation Pane: It is usually present on the left side of the window depending on your
computer’s settings. It can be used to quickly jump between libraries and folders.

Right Pane: It displays the contents of the file or folder selected from the Navigation
Pane. We can also preview the contents of a file on the right pane without opening it.

VIEWING FILES AND FOLDERS

We can view all the files that were created, downloaded and copied from other sources
on the computer. There are five main folders in Windows 11 in which the files are saved by
default. They are——Documents, Pictures, Music, Videos and Downloads.

To work on these files, we need to open the File Explorer window to view them.

To view the files and folders, follow the given steps:
