ENTERING DATA IN A TABLE

To enter data in a table, follow the given steps:

2 Type the data you want
to enter in that cell.

1 Click the mouse button on the cell
where you want to enter data.

MOVING IN A TABLE

We can move from one cell to another in a table by using the mouse or the keyboard.

The following keys help us to move easily in a table:

Cursor Movement Keys

To move to a cell on the right Tab

To move to a cell on the left Shift + Tab

To move up by one row Up Arrow

To move down by one row Down Arrow

To move to the first cell of the row Alt + Home

To move to the last cell of the row Alt + End

To move to the first cell of the column Alt + Page Up key

To move to the last cell of the column Alt + Page Down key
