CHANGING THE TEXT ALIGNMENT

To change the alignment of the text in a table, follow the given steps:

2 Click on the
Layout tab.

1 Select the cell or cells. 3 Click on the Alignment options
in the Alignment group. Select
the alignment you want to apply
to your text.

CHANGING THE FONT STYLE AND SIZE

Font refers to the design or appearance of characters. Word 2021 allows us to change
the font style, font size and font colour according to our choice. To change the font style,
size and colour of the text, follow the given steps:

2 Click on the down
arrow of the Font box,
a drop down list will
open and change the
font style of the text. 3 Click on the down arrow of the Font Size
box to change the size of the text.
1 Select the text
you want to change.

In Word 2021, the default font style is Calibri (Body) and the size is 11. Similarly, click on the
down arrow in the Font Color box to change the colour of the selected text.
