ALIGNING THE TEXT

Alignment refers to the placement of the text with respect to the left and right margins.

There are four alignment options available in Word 2021.
Align Left: This option positions the text towards the left

margin and leaves an uneven right edge. To align left:

Center: This option positions the text in the centre of the Short key Ctrl + L
left and right margins.
Align Right: This option positions the text towards the right

margin and leaves an uneven edge on the left.
Justify: This option equally distributes the text between both the margins and both

edges of the text appear even.
