To change the alignment of the text, follow the steps given below:
2 Click on Home tab. 3 Click on Alignment option, you want.
1 Select the text.
Tick ( ) if you know this.
▶ Alignment refers to the placement of text with respect to the left margin
▶ Font Size is the option to change the size of the text.
LINE SPACING
The blank space between two lines of a paragraph is called line spacing. Line spacing can
be increased or decreased by following the given steps:
2 Click on the down arrow of the Line and Paragraph
Spacing option in the Paragraph group.
3 Select the desired
spacing option.
