To insert an audio file, follow the given steps:

1 Click on the Insert tab. 2 Click on the Media group.

3 Select Audio
from the list.

4 Now click on
Audio on My PC
from the options.

5 Navigate the folder
to find audio file.

6 Select the
audio file.

7 Click on the
Insert button.

Note, in the 'Restore Down' window, you need to select options from the Media
command, whereas in the 'Maximize' window, all the options will be visible in the
Media group.

The audio file is added to the slide with two
additional tabs: Format and Playback. The

Playback tab has the Audio Options group which
has the options to control the play of the audio.
