To insert SmartArt, follow the given steps:
2 Click on the SmartArt command
in the Illustrations group.
1 Click on the
Insert tab.
4 Select the desired
chart. Here we choose
Organisation Chart.
3 Select the desired category 5 Click on
from the left pane. OK button.
6 Add the necessary details and close the Types of SmartArt graphics
text pane to complete the SmartArt insertion.
The PowerPoint SmartArt formatting features have been grouped under two tabs,
SmartArt Design and Format.
DELETING BOXES
We can delete any unwanted box from the chart by clicking on the box and pressing the
Delete key on the keyboard.
